Older means more holidays!

In Sweden, the Annual Leave Act currently gives all full-time employees 25 days off work. But collective agreements in the public sector currently stipulate that employees should have:
  • 28 days until the age of 29
  • 31 days until the age of 40
  • 35 days from the age of 40 onwards
