When Manu, Nestor and me went to Skellefteå , in order to visit Lisa, her family offer us Surströmming. They showed us the way to eat properly this typical Swedish dish Ingredients: Tunnbröd (thin bread) Mandelpotatis (almond potatoes) Smör(butter) Lök(onion) Surströmming(soured herring) 1. Open the can 2. Peeling the boiled potatoes 3. Spread butter over Tunnbröd 4. Smash the potatoes and put it over the butter 5. Cut Surströmming in small pieces and add them 6. Cut onion in small pieces and add them 7. Eat!
